It is possible "...that Lincoln Davis voted against Cap and Trade only after Pelosi was assured of having enough votes to pass it in the House. One of our TN Congressmen (a Republican) watched Lincoln Davis during the voting and noticed that he was one of the last Congressmen to vote after being visited by one of the House "leaders" just prior to casting his vote. We have heard that he was promised considerable campaign funds in 2010 for this vote."
A Vote for Tap and Tax would have put Mr. Davis on our list of Incumbents to be fired. For now he goes into our Other Races to Watch list.
